Spot treatment - Wet stain then rub soap vigorously on spot. Allow suds to sit on the stain for several minutes then launder as usual.
Hand washing - Submerge clothing in water. Once garments are wet rub the bar into clothing and spread suds throughout. Swish the items through the sudsy water with hands, avoid twisting actions that can stretch or damage the fabric. Do this for several minutes and the water will darken as the dirt is removed from the clothing. Rinse with clear water and dry accordingly.
Although this is safe for use on skin, it isn't recommended for use as ahand and body soap as it will be very drying.
